Rebekah DeMoss
With more than 30 years of experience in sales, leadership, and relationship-building across the retail and senior living industries, Rebekah has built her career around putting people first.
Her professional background has reinforced the importance of listening, following through on commitments, and helping people feel confident in the decisions they make.
Rebekah sees her journey into real estate as an opportunity to carry those values forward. Guided by faith, she is passionate about serving others, building lasting relationships, and creating a meaningful legacy for her family.
Mark Griffith
A lifelong Virginia Beach resident, Mark brings more than 26 years of experience in sales, project management, and professional development.
Beginning his sales career in 2000, Mark developed a practical, solutions-focused approach to helping people. His commitment to growth led him to continue his education while working full-time and raising his son.
Mark’s Christian faith is central to his approach to business. He is especially motivated to help individuals and families facing difficult real estate circumstances, working to identify practical solutions with positive outcomes for everyone involved.

Mark and Rebekah were married in 2021, bringing together two lives shaped by professional experience, personal growth, and a strong foundation of Christian faith.
Together, they felt called to pursue a Kingdom-focused purpose through their work. That shared vision became the foundation of Mustard Seed Capital.
Their goal is not simply to complete real estate transactions, but to build a business that reflects their values, helps people navigate challenges, and leaves a positive legacy.
